1. Definitions

• "IDR" or "Rupiah" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency for all transactions on at886.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer, the verification process requiring Users to submit identity documents to confirm their age, identity, and eligibility.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on at886, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using at886 and close your account.

4. Single Account Policy: You may register only one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. 6. Financial Suitability: You confirm that funds deposited into your at886 account are not derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any form of criminal enterprise. You agree to comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an at886 account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You will also create a username and secure password. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify at886 customer support and change your password. at886 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4.3 Account Information Updates

You must ensure that all information associated with your account remains accurate and current. If your contact details, residential address, or payment information changes, you must update your account settings promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawals or result in account restrictions.

4.4 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, all pending bets will be settled, and your remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet after deducting any applicable fees. at886 reserves the right to retain your account information for legal and regulatory compliance purposes even after closure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

at886 accepts deposits via Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting from Rp 50,000. Deposits are usually credited to your account within 2-5 minutes, though delays may occur due to banking system maintenance or network issues.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. at886 reserves the right to reject deposits or return funds if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these terms.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, though most are completed in under 5 minutes during business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and verified during the KYC process. You may not withdraw funds to third-party accounts.

Before processing your first withdrawal, at886 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of your KTP and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification if we detect unusual activity or if your account has been inactive for an extended period.

All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This policy prevents money laundering and ensures compliance with financial regulations. Wagering requirements for bonuses are separate and outlined in the Bonuses section below.

5.3 Fees

at886 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Currency conversion fees do not apply since all transactions are conducted in IDR.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

at886 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. Participation in promotions is optional. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiration dates. You must read and understand the terms of each promotion before opting in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "turnover" requirements) before they can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount before converting bonus funds to withdrawable cash. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, sports bets contribute 50-100% depending on odds, and live casino games vary by title. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

at886 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other Users to manipulate outcomes, placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette), or using automated systems or bots. Any User found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account permanently closed, all bonuses forfeited, and winnings confiscated.

6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time. Once forfeited, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are removed from your account, leaving only your original deposited funds. Making a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements automatically forfeits any active bonus.

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on at886 are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or violations of these terms. If a bet is rejected, your stake will be returned to your account balance.

7.2 Betting Limits

at886 imposes minimum and maximum bet limits on all games and sporting events. Limits vary by game type, sport, market, and User account status (VIP members may have higher limits). Attempting to place bets exceeding the maximum limit will result in bet rejection.

7.3 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. In cases of abandoned matches, postponed events, or disputes, at886 follows industry-standard settlement rules. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Live casino results are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers.

7.4 Obvious Errors

If at886 identifies an obvious error (such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction, human error, or data feed issues), we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users. "Obvious errors" include odds that are clearly incorrect compared to market rates or outcomes that are impossible based on the game state.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using at886 Services:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access your account or place bets.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to manipulate outcomes, share information, or gain unfair advantages.
• Bot Usage: Employing automated systems, software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Insider Information: Betting on events where you have non-public information that provides an unfair advantage (applicable to sports betting and e-sports).
• Exploiting Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages.
• Money Laundering: Using at886 to launder money or conduct transactions involving proceeds of crime.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing customer support staff, other Users, or engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, balance confiscation, and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

at886 provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure platform stability, security, and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. at886 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or software malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses caused by User error, including but not limited to incorrect bet placement, failure to secure account credentials, or misunderstanding of game rules.
• Third-party actions, such as bank delays, payment processor failures, or actions by government authorities.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of at886 Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, at886's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by User

You may request temporary account suspension (self-exclusion) at any time by contacting customer support. During suspension, you will be unable to log in, deposit funds, or place bets. 10.2 Suspension by at886

at886 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities. Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided, bonuses forfeited, and remaining genuine funds (if any) returned to your registered payment method after investigation.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 per month, deducted from your account balance. You will be notified via email before inactivity fees are applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in and place at least one bet per year.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event that the dispute remains unresolved after our internal process, you may seek resolution through an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or mediator mutually agreed upon by both parties. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which at886 operates. By using at886 Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these terms.
